Nomadic Life

Hi,
I wanted to write about this subject for quite some time now.

Nomadic life-----

Nomads are also called as Bedouns. Since they have no place of their own. And they move to new place for food, shelter. New place which they think is more safe for their childern and will provide sufficent food. After some days, weeks, months, year, they move to other greener pasture.

Sounds familiar???

Who are we/I??
Modern Nomads.
I was born in Rajasthan. I had my education completed in Maharashtra. And now I am doing job in Kuwait. And I dont know where my next destination will be??

Which place I belong to?
In social get togethers I am asked from where I belong to?
Rajasthan -- Place where I was born.
Maharashtra-- Place where I spent most of my life

Its get a little complicated here. Some MNS fellow gets in a mood one fine day and ask people of different state to vacate the city. Can I go back to my bith place. No.. Because, I dont know any one there..

The question still haunts.. Which place of earth I belong to??

I know a person in my building, who Father has worked for most of his life in a city. After retirement, he has to vacate the government quaters. He cant leave in the same city. All his collegue will be retiring soon and moving to some different cities. So, he goes back to his called native place,where his relatives and old friend lives.
Now the irony is, he has lost contact with most of his old friends and he use to visit his relatives once in a blue moon, while he was doing his job.
He has two son. One is in Kuwait and the other in Switzerland. They come once in a year. And what surprised me is this. He has purchased a puppy to spend his time. Now he take cares of this puppy. He gives him regular bath, take cares of his food. In short, treats him as his third child.

I really dont think, Life has to end this way.
So, what you, Moden Nomads, think???
